You get what you pay for!

From time to time I get a chance to work as a temp (helping with leasing and general office duties) at area Apartment Communities.  Monday I was at Windsor At Siena and wow what a place.  I was really impressed.  It is a higher priced community, but well worth it.  One bedrooms start at about $1175.00.  The only down side is the lack of availability.  They only have a few available and they are all one bedrooms.  Some of the amenieties; roof top cabana with outside gas grill, fireplace and a wonderful sitting area.  They have one of the coolest fitness centers with a wall of glass from which you get a great view of the Downtown Skyline.  If you are interested in knowing more about this community or others near Downtown Houston please give me a call at 281-819-0329 or www.theapartmentauthority.com
